Case Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects of the adolescent-centered program.

The Case Manager spends time weekly with the adolescent to implement individual, group and family therapy needs with hands-on support.
Benefit Three
The Case Manager also serves as liaison with the community-based referring agency, and coordinates family visitations as consistent with the child’s treatment plan.
